These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services and products offered by the provider, including:

  • Individual coaching and consulting sessions

  • Workshops, seminars and educational programs

  • Personal and professional development experiences

  • Group sessions and retreats

  • Digital publications, including e-books and PDF downloads

  • Printed books and other publications

  • Customized creative and biographical projects

Specific written agreements or individual service descriptions may supplement these Terms & Conditions.

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

3. Nature of Services

Services are intended to support learning, reflection, personal development, professional growth and creative expression.

Coaching, meditation, relaxation, movement-based practices and related activities do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic or other regulated healthcare treatment.

No medical diagnoses are provided, and no specific personal, professional or health-related outcomes are guaranteed.

Participation does not replace appropriate medical or psychological care.

4. Formation of Contracts

Information presented on this website generally serves to describe available products and services and does not constitute a binding contractual offer unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Contracts may be concluded through individual written confirmation, an agreed booking process or a designated online checkout.

Where a direct online purchasing process is offered, the contractual steps, payment obligations and order confirmation will be provided before or during the conclusion of the contract in accordance with applicable law.

5. Prices and Payment

The applicable price is the price communicated in the individual offer, booking confirmation or product description.

The provider applies the small business VAT exemption pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), where applicable.

Payment methods may include PayPal, Wise, Revolut or bank transfer.

Payment deadlines and any applicable deposits will be communicated before the contract is concluded.

Additional transaction or currency conversion charges imposed by payment providers may apply where lawfully disclosed.

6. Individual Coaching and Consulting

Appointments are arranged individually.

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without an additional cancellation charge, unless otherwise agreed.

For later cancellations or failure to attend, statutory compensation rights and any valid individually agreed cancellation provisions apply.

Any calculation must account for expenses saved and benefits obtained through alternative use of the reserved time, where legally required.

Applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

7. Workshops, Seminars and Group Events

Event descriptions specify the relevant content, date, duration, location and participation fee.

Any event-specific cancellation charges must be disclosed before booking and comply with applicable law.

Where legally permissible, cancellation charges may reflect the time of cancellation, actual anticipated losses and expenses saved.

Customers retain the right to demonstrate that no damage, or substantially lower damage, has occurred.

Where appropriate, participation may be transferred to another suitable person with prior approval.

Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights take precedence.

8. Retreats and Multi-Day Experiences

Retreats and multi-day learning experiences are governed by their individual service descriptions and any supplementary booking conditions agreed upon before purchase.

The relevant offer will specify whether accommodation, meals, activities, transportation or other services are included.

Travel arrangements and personal travel expenses remain the responsibility of participants unless expressly included.

Any applicable mandatory consumer travel protection legislation, including package travel rules, takes precedence over these Terms & Conditions.

Deposits, cancellation provisions and refund arrangements will be specified in the individual booking conditions, subject to applicable law.

9. Digital Products

Digital products may include e-books, PDF publications, downloadable materials and audio content.

The product description specifies the content, price, file format and available access or download method.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, that right remains available unless it has validly expired under applicable law.

For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once supply begins if the customer has given the required express consent, acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal and received the legally required confirmation.

Statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

10. Printed Books and Publications

Printed books and physical publications are supplied according to the applicable product description.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases of standard printed goods.

The statutory withdrawal period for goods generally begins upon receipt.

Where products are produced according to individual customer specifications or are clearly personalized, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.

The mere fact that a standard book is printed after ordering does not automatically exclude statutory withdrawal rights.

Statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

11. Customized Creative and Biographical Projects

Individually commissioned writing, biographical, editorial and creative projects are governed by the agreed project description, deliverables, timeline and payment schedule.

Where relevant, agreements concerning interviews, recordings, personal materials, photographs, intellectual property rights, approvals and publication permissions will be documented separately.

Statutory withdrawal rights and applicable exceptions depend on the legal classification and individual circumstances of the project.

12. Cancellation by the Provider

Where a scheduled service cannot be provided due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or another legitimate reason, the provider will inform affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.

A replacement date or suitable alternative may be offered.

If the agreed service is cancelled and no alternative is accepted, payments for services not provided will be refunded where legally required.

Mandatory statutory compensation and refund rights remain unaffected.

13. Liability

The provider shall be liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Liability shall also remain unlimited for damages arising from injury to life, body or health resulting from a negligent or intentional breach of duty.

In cases of slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability for other damages shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Participants remain responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their participation and for seeking appropriate professional medical advice when needed.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, original texts, teaching materials, concepts, publications, images and audiovisual content provided by the provider are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a digital product grants the customer a non-exclusive right to use it for the purposes specified in the relevant product description or license.

Unauthorized redistribution, reproduction for commercial purposes, resale or public distribution is prohibited unless legally permitted or expressly authorized.

Mandatory statutory exceptions and limitations to copyright remain unaffected.

15. Photography and Recordings

Photographs, videos or audio recordings of identifiable participants will not be published for promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.

Any permission for public use of recordings, images or personal stories will be obtained separately where necessary.

Consent may be withdrawn for the future in accordance with applicable data protection law.

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Further information is available in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

17. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permissible.

For consumers, this choice of law shall not deprive them of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country of habitual residence where such protections apply.

18. Severability

If an individual provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
