Beyond Titles
Different Worlds. One Human Thread.
Welcome, I'm Rina — a learning and development professional, facilitator, coach, writer, and lifelong explorer of what it means to be human.
For over a decade, my work has revolved around people: how we grow, communicate, connect, lead, and live.
My journey has taken me across countries, cultures, and disciplines — from corporate learning environments and university classrooms to immersive transformational experiences and creative storytelling.
What connects these different worlds is a simple conviction: meaningful change begins with aware action, grows through connection, and comes alive through experience.
My Journey
A Life Across Cultures, Disciplines & Perspectives.
My journey has never followed a straight line. And perhaps that's precisely what has shaped it.
With an academic background in Communication, Culture and Philology, I began exploring how language, mind, and environments influence the way we perceive and understand the world.
Over the years, my professional path led me into human development — from advising and supporting individuals to designing learning experiences, facilitating workshops, developing leaders, and teaching at university level.
Alongside my professional work, a deep curiosity about people and cultures has taken me across continents. Through travel, intercultural encounters, contemplative practices, and immersive experiences, I've learned that some of our most meaningful discoveries happen when we step beyond the familiar.
Today, these different worlds come together in my work: combining professional expertise with cultural connection, experiential learning, creativity, and the courage to explore new perspectives.

What I Believe In
The more technology shapes our world, the more consciously we must cultivate what makes us human.
I believe that knowing ourselves is the beginning of meaningful change.
That learning goes far beyond acquiring knowledge. It is about questioning assumptions, discovering new perspectives, and translating understanding into action.
I believe in the power of genuine human connection — in conversations that challenge us, encounters that open our minds, and experiences that remind us how much we can learn from one another.
And I believe that in an increasingly technology-driven world, our capacity for empathy, reflection, creativity, and conscious choice deserves more attention than ever.
These convictions shape how I work with individuals, organizations, and stories.

Beyond the Professional
Curiosity Has Always Been My Compass.
Beyond my professional roles, I'm a traveler, writer, musician, and lifelong explorer of what it means to be human. What connects these different worlds is an endless curiosity about life, people, and the many ways we experience and understand our existence.
01 — A Life in Motion
Travel has never been just about discovering places. It has been about encountering different ways of living, thinking, and being. Moving between countries, languages, and cultures continues to challenge my assumptions, broaden my perspectives, and remind me that there is never just one way to see the world.

02 — A Creative Mind
Writing, music, and movement are essential parts of who I am. Through storytelling, philosophy, playing the handpan, and dancing, I explore what words alone cannot always express. Creativity, to me, is both a form of freedom and a way of making sense of the human experience.
03 — The Endless Exploration of Being Human
Psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and contemplative practices have long fascinated me. I'm drawn to questions of identity, consciousness, connection, and transformation — not necessarily to find definitive answers, but to remain curious, question what I believe, and continue discovering.

Perhaps these are not separate passions after all. Perhaps they are simply different expressions of the same curiosity: what does it mean to be human?
